We will miss Wilfried Bony as he rots on the Manchester City bench, says Swansea director!

John van Zweden Swansea director, fears £30million Wilfried Bony will rot on the Manchester City bench. The 28-year-old Ivory Coast striker is set to return from the Africa Cup of Nations this week if his country lose to Cameroon on Wednesday.
It means Bony – and Yaya Toure – could be in the squad for next Saturday’s top-of-the-table Premier League clash between City and Chelsea.
But Van Zweden believes he will play second fiddle behind Sergio Aguero who started Saturday’s FA Cup defeat against Middlesbrough.
Swansea were put out of the FA Cup by Championship Blackburn on Saturday. He said “We will miss the goals from Wilfried Bony a lot. The most frustrating thing is that he will sit on the Manchester City bench., For Sergio Aguero remains their main striker. I’d personally love Wilfried to be at the heart of a top club like City.
Van Zweden also believes the Swans allowed Bony to go on the cheap - despite his huge price tag.
He said: “If Manchester United were able to get as much as they did for Luke Shaw, then the money we have paid for Bony, the Premier League’s top scorer in 2014, is still on the very low side.”

I personally agree...but he can still shine, with an injury prone Kun Aguero, lately misfiring Edin Dzeko. Lets see what will happen. Still celebrating Bonny Wilfred....presently with the highest transfer fee for an African.
Goodluck Bonny....go score goals for Africa!!!
