3 YEARS OLD SHOOTS PARENTS!!!!

So sad, a 3 years old shoots both parents after reaching into mother's purse for iPod and finding gun. An American toddler shot his father and his heavily pregnant mother with a single bullet after reaching into her purse for an iPod but pulling out a loaded handgun instead.Seconds after grabbing the 9mm pistol, the three-year-old boy unwittingly fired one shot, which hit his father in the buttock, passed out of his hip and then struck his mother in the shoulder.Justin Reynolds and Monique Villescas were rushed to hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, to be treated for their wounds. Both are expected to survive, but Ms Villescas, who is eight months pregnant, was described as "seriously" injured.The shooting was the latest in which a young child fired a relative's unsecured weapon, either accidentally or while playing with the gun, with often fatal consequences.In Missouri last month, a five-year-old shot dead his 9-month-old brother after finding his grandfather's loaded pistol in the family home.And in Idaho in December, a mother shopping at a Walmart store died after her after her two-year-old son reached into her purse and accidentally fired her handgun.On average, at least two children are shot dead a week in accidents in the US and in three-quarters of the cases, the gun was fired by another child.

This so sad!!! Parents have to be careful with dangerous objects......it is hard to comprehend that guns are kept within reach of children. I think thre should be an inscription on the guns boldly written....keep out of reach of children!!!!
