WORLD CUP UPDATES.............

The past 6 days of the Fifa World cup Russia 2018  have been eventful, exciting as promised. There have been major upsets, defeats, winnings and the unexpected. It has been filled with intrigue, passion and skills.
From the opening game with the host country RUSSIA pummeling SAUDI ARABIA with 5:0 and an outstanding  performance by the World greatest Portugal's Christiano Ronaldo inspring draw with the La Rojas of SPAIN ( made up with the best known names of the Spanish league}........To the French ( FRANCE) who got a difficult winning against the AUSTRALIANS( which saw the first use of the VAR for the first time in the tournament and the winning goal by a shot from Paul Pogba deflected by Aziz Behich.... To the thrilling BRAZILIANS dancing to the Samba being held by SWITZERLAND ....To the major upset of the smallest country in the World cup ICELAND proving and holding down the football giants ARGENTINA to a 1: 1 draw with a penalty miss by the renowned greatest footballer Lionel Messi.

Then to the shocking loss of GERMANY to  MEXICO 0:1 in what was a trilling match  and to the defeat of one of the African  hope team....Super Eagles of NIGERIA by CROATIA  by 2:0.(Photo credit : Vanguard)

 Further was the superior play of BELGIUM against the new entrant PANAMA on their debut game 3:0 , to the Beautiful football played by the Englishmen ( ENGLAND) against TUNISIA 2:0 with a brace from England's captain harry kane.
